Matt most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of NACAS (National Association of College Auxiliary Services), a professional trade association that supports the non-academic segment of higher education. Prior to NACAS he’s held executive positions with The Institute of Internal Auditors, a 245,000+ member global association and Meeting Professionals International. He has also held leadership roles at NAFA Fleet Management Association and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists. Matt has led and successfully grown a diverse number of association business areas including certifications, education & events, membership, sales & marketing and strategic partnerships. Matt holds an MBA from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Saint Leo University. He is an active member and volunteer of the American Society of Association Executives.  Matt is also an industry speaker having presented for audiences throughout North America and abroad, as well as for university students.  He holds the Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designations.
